This is your time to show up, move with intention, and get back into your practice without pressure or perfection.

Parallel Training is a live virtual pole training hour. We will warm up together, then you will work independently on whatever skills or combos are calling you. I will be there to offer support, answer general questions, and help you stay present in your body.

There is no instruction, no performance, and no expectation. Just a shared container to move, play, and reconnect.

What to Expect

We will begin together with a short warm up, then shift into open pole training. You will work on your own goals, freestyle, condition, or revisit old material.

I will stay on screen to offer encouragement and light coaching. You are welcome to ask questions in the chat or speak them out loud, and I will support as time and flow allows.

This is not a class or private lesson. It is your time. I will simply hold the container.

How to Prepare

• Have your pole space set up and ready to go

• Bring your pole journal or training list if you have one

• Keep water nearby

• Wear whatever makes you feel ready to move

• Show up with a positive and curious mindset
