This donation based Somatic Breathwork session is centered around gratitude, not as a performance but as a felt and embodied experience. Through breath, music, and guided release, we will clear out the static and come back to presence.

Join from anywhere. No previous experience required, just a willing heart and space to lie down.

Why Participate?

Gratitude does not always come easy. Sometimes we have to clear space to feel it. This practice will support you in:

  • Letting go of emotional heaviness and stress

  • Releasing built up tension in the body

  • Regulating your nervous system

  • Reconnecting to stillness and what truly matters

  • Cultivating real gratitude from the inside out

What to Expect

This is a lying down, eyes closed, heart centered journey. You will be guided with music, cues, and pacing to help you drop into the body and access deeper emotional release.

Keeping your camera on is highly recommended so I can support your breathing and help you stay grounded.

How to Prepare

  • Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you can lie down uninterrupted

  • Bring a blanket or pillow for support

  • Have water nearby for hydration

  • Keep a journal close in case something meaningful comes through

  • Use headphones for the best experience (fully charged if wireless)

  • This session is pay what you can

  • There are no refunds, but you may request to transfer to a future session if needed

  • Breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a history of seizures, serious cardiovascular issues, or certain psychiatric conditions. If you are unsure, please reach out before registering
