Altered Spaces is a guided journey through movement, breath, visualization, and awareness — layered together in a way that shifts something. Not forcefully. Not dramatically. But quietly, undeniably.
A unique form of mindfulness and meditation — layered with movement, breath, visualization, and awareness.
Some experiences are hard to put into words. This is one of them.
You may notice your body soften. Your mind slow. A feeling of arriving somewhere you didn't know you were headed.
No performance. No agenda. Just you, showing up exactly as you are.
Come prepared with:
– Comfortable clothes you can move in
– A clear space around you
– Water
– A journal and pen for afterward
