What Is Your Overall State Of Being? - Mindful Moments

Hello everyone, and welcome to another Mindful Moment.

Let’s go ahead and find a comfortable seat. Settle in and adjust as needed. Connect to our breath.
Deep inhale.
Slow exhale.

Let’s keep our eyes open for the beginning.
While you connect to your breath, open your senses.
Feel your hips connected to the chair or floor that’s holding you.
Look around.
Let your eyes take in all the colors, textures, and layers of definition you see.
As the air passes through your nostrils, notice if there are any smells.
And as you swallow and feel your tongue and throat, are you aware of any tastes?
Notice the sounds in your area. Observe those close to you, and those further away.

Take another dee breath in, and slowly exhale.

Now let’s close our eyes and drop inside.

What is your internal landscape?

Notice sensations in your body.
Notice the quality of your mind.
What is your overall state of Being?

Take a moment, connecting to your breath, and release.
Let your lips lift just a little. Allow a small smile to be on your face.

Let us give thanks for this day and this time together.

One more deep breath into gratitude…. And relax.

Staying with presence, let’s open our eyes.

Again, take one more scan of your environment.
Keep your half smile on your lips and face.
Share gratitude with your surroundings.
Gratitude for this moment.

One more deep breath in and release.
